These Terms of Service govern the use of the MeetPoint mobile application, published by MeetPoint.
By using MeetPoint, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
2. Service Description
MeetPoint is an application that helps find an equidistant meeting point between multiple people.
- Calculation of the optimal central point
- Search for nearby places (restaurants, cafes, parks...)
- Collaborative voting system
- Group and private chat
- Friends management and invitations
3. Registration and Account
To use MeetPoint, you must create an account with a valid email address.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the application
- The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
- Only one account per person is allowed
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MeetPoint responsibly.
- Do not publish illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Do not harass or intimidate other users
- Do not impersonate others
- Do not attempt to bypass security measures
- Do not use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes
5. Premium Subscription
MeetPoint offers an optional Premium subscription.
- Price: $3.99/month
- Benefits: Unlimited sessions, up to 12 participants, ad-free
- Billing: via Apple App Store / Google Play Store
- Cancellation: possible at any time from your store settings
6. Intellectual Property
The MeetPoint application and its content are protected by copyright.
- The code, design, and features are the property of the publisher
- You retain rights to the content you publish
- By publishing content, you grant MeetPoint a license to use it
7. Limitation of Liability
MeetPoint is provided "as is" without warranty.
- We do not guarantee continuous service availability
- We are not responsible for interactions between users
- Search results depend on third-party services (Google Maps)
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on the application
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be notified via the application
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the application settings.
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
